Captain Brad, I wanted to express our deep appreciation for your personal attention and assistance to our family as we prepared for and held the sea tribute for our mother. Your calm demeanor, attention to detail, and kind regard for our family, not to mention the luck of perfect weather and a calm sea, made the experience as beautiful as we could have imagined. I’ll never forget the beautiful words you spoke, and the full bugle honor guard was a true privilege. The beauty of the day and the sight of the rose petals as we circled the area are embedded in my mind’s eye forever. It was a perfect tribute to our mother and reflected our wishes exactly.
